Do I need to have a meditation practice to join?

No prior meditation experience is needed. I'll guide you through everything. Whether you've been meditating for years or this is your first time, you're welcome here.

What if I can't make the live sessions?

All sessions are recorded and you'll have lifetime access to the replays. While live is ideal for the energy of the group, you can absolutely do the practice on your own schedule.

What time are the sessions?

Sessions are held daily at 12pm CST (Central Standard Time) and last 30 minutes. That's 10am PST, 1pm EST, and 6pm GMT.

What platform do you use?

We'll meet on Zoom. You'll receive the link after you enroll.
