My name is Danny Miranda (duh!).

I truly believe anyone can create the life they want by changing their daily actions. This website makes that process a little bit easier.

A little about me…

My goal is to live a full life. I lift weights, read books, and generally try to be a beacon of light for those around me in a sometimes dark world.

So, you might be asking me…

What makes you think you can start a website with an attempt to help people become the best versions of themselves?

It’s a good question.

Because I’m not particularly qualified in too many areas. I don’t have any fancy degrees or crazy experience.

I started this website, first and foremost, because the Internet gives me the opportunity.

But really this website was born because enough separate family and friends started telling me that I should start putting my thoughts somewhere out there.

I don’t want to look back at life with the regret of knowing I had a little bit more to give.

If it has to do with psychology, self-improvement, fitness, or becoming the best version of yourself… you’re probably going to be able to find it on this site. So if you’re also interested in those topics, I would imagine the contents of this website will be of interest to you.

It all boils down to this:

As far as we know, we’re living one life.

And I’m curious how to optimize this life to the best of our abilities. To squeeze every last lemon drop out of it.

I’m a sample size of one…

Meaning the articles you read on this website are often based on my own experiences.

In other words, this is how I’m living my life.

Not how I think you should live your life.

If you want to use some information I’ve provided to help you with your own life, that’d be ideal. If you disagree, I’d be curious to understand why you believe the thinking outlined here is flawed.
